Samarth is a University Information Management System project designed and developed by IIC, University of Delhi, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, MOE (earlier known as the Ministry of Human Resource Development, MHRD) which aims to implement an automation engine for various universities and HEIs. It has 9 core modules and 40+ sub modules to smoothen the functioning of business processes. Samarth has helped the universities to migrate from paper, unreliable third party ERP systems to a system which is more secure, reliable and scalable.
